At Side Kicks, we want you to love your new fashion finds, but if they aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in the portal to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location near you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
